TESTING AND INSPECTION OF
WELD AND BASE METALS

 Most
of tests and inspections required for filler metals, weld
metals and base metals could be performed through WELDECC.
Either by the WELDECC staff or through the many
laboratories we have access to and under the witnessing of
our qualified staff. The tests and inspections include:

Mechanical tests including tensile, bending, hardness,
impact, ..etc.

Chemical analysis of any alloys including light elements
(carbon, sulfur, nitrogen, hydrogen . etc.).

inspections using endoscopes and fiber scopes.
-
All
types of non destructive testing including radiography,
ultrasonic, liquid penetrent, magnetic particle.
-
Metallographic investigations including: micro hardness,
SEM, image analysis, fracture surface investigation and
analysis.
All
the equipment used for testing and inspections calibrated
by accredited calibration bodies. Calibration certificates
could be submitted upon request.
