QUALITY ASSURANCE PROGRAM

- An appropriate quality system is the foundation of
delivering a quality product or service.
- For Welding Fabricators it is not sufficient to
qualify and certify welders, inspectors and procedures to
get the quality welds. Also the whole company must be
accredited as a WELDING FABRICATOR.
- It is important to adopt an international
accreditation program for companies that use welding as a
joining process. Such program proves to your customers
that welding quality assurance system is documented and
demonstrated.

TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT
SYSTEMS (TQM)

 It
is now a requirement to adopt international standards
related to quality, environment and/or health and safety
(ISO-9000, 14000, and 18000) in most of the industrial and
service sectors.
- In order to qualify for ISO-9000, 14000, or 18000
certification, highly experienced personnel are available
in WELDECC to prepare any organization to get certified.
- The preparation process includes:

Developing all documents required by both
standards including quality or environment manuals, work
procedures and work instructions.

Training of personnel to apply the prepared
system documents in their work.

Auditing of the work to assure the compliance
with the prepared documents.

Establishment of quality assurance (or
environment) department within the organization.

Negotiation with the international
certification bodies and attending their audits that are
preformed within the organization.
