Objectives: |
- This course aims at introducing attendees to the various subjects related to the Total Quality Management (TQM) and possible applications of these items in their business. Special emphasis is given the Quality Management Systems (QMS) according to the ISO-9000 (2000 issue) requirements.
- Upon completion of the course attendees will be capable of applying the concepts of the TQM and QMS in their prospective organizations.
